Men

The mens group is a group for the men in Oasis Church. The aim of the group is for the men in the Church to become a band of brothers, adventurous warriors, role models, heroes. Men who will take on the true role of men, men with purpose, men with passion, men actively involved in the Church not merely spectators. Men full of anointing, seeking to be more like Jesus. Men who overcome together, build each other up, pick each other up when they fall, care for one another, fulfilling roles of both headships of families and spiritual fathers to those who have a father shaped hole in their heart. None of this embrace your ‘Feminine side’ nonsense…

…frankly, real men don’t have one.

So what does happen at mens meetings? Every meeting is different. Sometimes we meet up and study the bible and pray. Other weeks we will go bowling or go for a hike. It’s different every time.
